Takeout Box Design
Objective:
To create an illustrated design for a take-out box of either a café or a microbrewery. This also includes mocking up either a digital version or a physical version (print it on a 12x18 in piece of paper and to scale the illustration and layout to fit)
Process:
I decided to go with a microbrewery and used the logo I had come up with for it as the main client for the take-out box. Also, I had created beer labels that involved the big 12 Greek gods in their pantheon. So, after getting the packaging template layout, I decided to use a golden apple which was given to Aphrodite in the myth for the pattern. I played around with the background colour and where the text would be placed on the template. After that, I did a physical mock-up version took pictures of it with my camera and brought it into lightroom to adjust a few things.
